You can request deletion of your Stanza account and associated personal data at any time. Account deletion is available in the Stanza mobile app and by email.
Delete Your Account In The App
- Open the Stanza mobile app.
- Go to Settings.
- Open Account.
- Select Delete Account and confirm the deletion prompts.
Request Deletion By Email
Send a deletion request to support@stanzapp.com from the email address associated with your Stanza account. If you used Apple private relay, send the request from that relay address or include enough information for us to verify the account.
What We Delete
- Your Stanza account and authentication profile.
- Your profile information, tour history, and Digital Passport data.
- Your app-side purchase backup records and saved account data.
What May Be Retained
We may retain limited records where required for legal, tax, audit, fraud-prevention, or platform-purchase obligations. Purchased content licenses and refunds are managed by Apple or Google under their respective store policies.
Timing
In-app deletion is processed immediately when the app receives confirmation from our servers. Email requests are completed within 30 days unless a shorter period is required by law.
