How we describe venues and audio guides

This page explains which facts appear on Stanza guide pages, how source attribution is handled, and how to request a correction.

Venue facts and identity

Each page is built from Stanza’s venue catalog. Records may include a venue name, city, country, coordinates, category, alternative names, and a Wikidata identifier. When a Wikidata identifier is present, the guide page links to that exact entity. We do not create guessed Wikipedia links from venue names.

Tour descriptions and stops

Guide descriptions, tour sections, and stop text come from the corresponding Stanza catalog record. A page shows the catalog’s current number of stops and only a sample of the tour when additional stops are available in the app.

Images, credits, and licences

When source data includes a creator, uploader, source URL, or licence, Stanza keeps that attribution with the image and displays it on the relevant page. Image attribution describes the media source; it does not imply that the venue endorses Stanza.

Prices and language availability

Stanza offers free and paid guides. A website page shows an exact price only when the catalog supplies a valid value. The app and the user’s app-store region determine the current price, currency, and availability. Stanza supports 15 interface and tour languages, but availability can vary by guide.

Updates and corrections

Guide pages display a last-updated date when the catalog provides one. If you represent a venue or notice an inaccurate fact, attribution, translation, or location, email support@stanzapp.com with the page URL and the proposed correction.

AI and search summaries

Search engines and AI assistants may summarize public Stanza pages. Our structured data and llms.txt are intended to describe the same facts users can see on the website; they are not a separate source of inflated catalog or pricing claims.
